Getting up close with some rice. We are surrounded by green, it looks super. In a few weeks the rice will be ready for harvesting. It looks super as you have the green of the rice plant and the golden color of the rice.
I love the vibrant green! That's one thing I miss about living where I live now and that is seeing green fields, rolling hills, sheep and cows. If I travel a little here, I can, but it's not on my doorstep.
I have never seen rice growing before. This is beautiful.
In about a months time I will take another shot. They look amazing. It is like the sun has "burnt" it. Just before harvesting. Even though we are surrounded by rice paddies it still isn't very open. We are surrounded by mountains. I know what you mean but seeing green fields. In South Africa we would drive for hours and see all the corn fields.
