125/365 Snow Mountain

We went up to Shei-Pa National Park and started climbing Snow Mountain. Snow Mountain 雪山 is Taiwan’s second highest peak (by about 100m) (not counting Jade Mountain’s sub-peaks) and is possibly the most beautiful place in the whole of Taiwan. The main peak is 3886m above sea-level which means that in winter it gets snow, hence Snow Mountain. You need to get special permission to hike it. We just went up to the base camp and that was quite far for us. (8km hike in total) It will take us 3 days to hike to the peak and back. So the plan is to do it in October, well that is the plan.
