Could this be a UFO?

Both videos were filmed at the same time but a few kilometers apart. Could they be UFO's? Maybe it is strange that so many people saw it and that they have so much footage



They were filmed on the 22nd May 2009. The first 2-3 minutes have English subtitles but the rest is in Spanish.
